PWL8306 HMS PREMIUM is a multi-functional handrails system. Generally, it is designed to enable push-ups on handrails i.e. so-called dips, and classic push-ups as well. Both dips and classic supported arm bends very strongly engage the muscles of the chest, triceps and the front functional units of the shoulder muscles. The lower short bars allow you to perform a very strong arm bends while doing a push-up. Hence, muscles are engaged much harder during each movement which translates into in faster muscle growth. On the upper handrails it depends on the positioning of the body whether we engage more intensively the chest or the triceps. If, during the exercise you lean forward, the most intensively working muscle is the chest, but in case of the upright position most of the work is performed by the triceps.Materials used to manufacture the PWL8306 provide very good stability and durability of the product, however, the handrail is still very light. Moving the unit from place to place is not a problem.
