GHX02B HMS is a hexagonal Olympic bar designed for the strength training. Used for deadlifts. Thanks to its shape and arrangement of the handles during the workout the bar stays at the same position as our body, contrary to a casual barbell, where the bar stays in front of our legs. Such a position makes it easier to make a deadlift, in particular at the beginning of the adventure with this exercise. The bar is also perfect for shrugs and for a farmer’s walk because it does not block the movements when it is held.The GHX02B HMS cooperates with weights of 51 mm diameter.
