The L8021 bench is equipped with adjustable prayer bar and expanders mounted at the front part of its base. Thoughtful design of the L8021 bench enables a variety of exercises. Thanks to (x) degree of inclination system of the backrest it enables training at an incline from -20 ^o to 80 ^o . The bench is versatile and it requires very little space which makes it a great choice for any home gym.7-step incline An easy-to-use incline adjustment system allows you to train multiple muscle groups extremely effectively.Solid structure An advantage of the L8021 is its structure - the thick steel frame enables working with a load exceeding 150kg and, at the same time, due to bars in the frame the whole thing weighs 9,5kg only.Finishing The seat is covered with the PU leather, which is an anti-slip solution and abrasion resistant, and thanks to its high chemical resistance it is also hygienic and easy to keep clean.Preacher bar The prayer bar is height-adjustable, which enables a user to exercise comfortably regardless of height or arm length. Length of the prayer bar promotes safe - no risk of elbow overstretch - exercises of the arm muscles.Stylish design The bench is comfortable and functional, but also stylish. Combination of the black carbon material with the red trim gives a great visual effect, which is characteristic of the HMS brand.Safety and comfort An exercise bench at home stands frequently on panels or other slippery surfaces. For this reason L8021 is equipped with two large rubber pads at the front part of the bench and the back is protected by rubber pads that are also grooved to provide more friction. All protruding screws are equipped with plugs.Simple assembly The whole kit comes in a single package containing everything needed for assembly (wrench, screws, caps and plugs) along with clear instructions in Polish. Chest - horizontal bench press, incline bench press, negative incline bench press, stretches.
Triceps - French press, dips.
Shoulders - over head press, Arnold Press.
Back - barbell rowing (when lying on the stomach), barbell rowing with one hand.
Biceps - bending arms on a prayer bar.
Legs - Bulgarian squat, bench squat.
