The Firesco JT-ZL2010 detector is designed to monitor rooms for the presence of natural gas (LNG, methane CH4). It utilizes a semiconductor sensor, characterized by high accuracy and a durability of up to 5 years. The Firesco JT-ZL2010 is calibrated to trigger an alarm at concentrations as low as 7% LEL and 3% LEL (Lower Explosive Limit) for methane. If a gas leak is detected, an optical and acoustic alarm is activated. The device has a self-diagnostic system that monitors the sensor and internal circuitry. In the event of a malfunction, a yellow LED illuminates to indicate a fault has been detected. For user convenience, the sensor is powered by 220-240V AC 50/60Hz via a 150 cm cable terminated with a European Type C plug. The device is manufactured in accordance with the Polish standard PN-EN50194-1:2009. It is certified to meet the requirements of the aforementioned standard by an independent European testing body. The Firesco JT-ZL2010 sensor is intended for installation on interior building walls, in rooms where the temperature does not fall below 0°C or rise above +55°C, and humidity does not exceed 95% RH. APPLICATIONS Kitchens equipped with gas cookers, boiler rooms with natural gas furnaces, rooms containing gas appliances such as valves, gas meters, gas pipes, and school chemistry and physics laboratories.
