The glass ceramic induction hob is not hot to the touch, as induction generates heat directly in the cooking pot (caution, the cooking pot may partially heat up the hob). 

Combined control with touch buttons and rotary knob. 

Red backlit LCD screens provide information on temperature and power.

The temperature can be adjusted in the range of 60-240°C.

Delayed shutdown timer up to 180 minutes.
