A set of two bookshelf speakers for a variety of applications. The speakers can be used with a TV, computer, or even connected to a smartphone or tablet. They are equipped with a Bluetooth module and two RCA inputs for external audio sources. The built-in amplifier generates an output power of 2 x 20 W RMS. The bass-reflex enclosure is made of MDF. A remote control is included for convenient operation.

WIRELESS CONNECTION
The BS40 is equipped with a Bluetooth module, enabling wireless connection to various audio sources. Thanks to this, you can use them to amplify the sound from your TV movies, TV series, or music channels will sound much more dynamic, you'll hear significantly more detail, and above all, you'll experience a true stereo effect. Without the hassle of tangled wires, you can also connect your computer via Bluetooth and gain a completely new dimension of sound while playing games or working daily. You can also connect your smartphone this way and enjoy incredible sound while listening to your favorite songs.

DUAL RCA AUDIO INPUT
The rear panel of the speakers features dual RCA audio inputs. You can use them to connect to virtually any analog source. This could be a turntable, such as the BLAUPUNKT VT100 with a built-in preamplifier, or audio from a console or an older TV.

POWERFUL AMPLIFIER
The speakers are equipped with an amplifier that generates 20 W of RMS output power per channel, for a total of 40 W. They also offer a wide frequency response, with low frequencies reaching as low as 40 Hz and a maximum of 20 kHz. Bass equalization allows you to adjust the sound to your preferences. A 3D function is also available, which alters the sound of both the low frequencies and the overall sound spectrum.

BASS-REFLEX ENCLOSURE
The speaker enclosure is made of MDF and finished with high-quality veneer. This gives the speakers a striking appearance, and their classic design makes them suitable for virtually any interior. The front of the speakers features a sound-permeable mesh grille, protecting the 4-inch mid-woofers and 1.25-inch tweeters mounted within the enclosure. The enclosure features a bass reflex port, which allows for the release of accumulated air from the speaker chamber. Thanks to this design, the enclosure doesn't attenuate radiant energy from the rear of the diaphragm, but uses it effectively for better low-frequency reproduction. In short, the bass reflex port delivers better, more enhanced, and deeper bass. The port is located at the front of the enclosure, allowing the speakers to be placed close to a wall or cabinet without affecting sound quality.

USER COMFORT
The set includes a 19V/1.65A power supply with a long, 2-meter cable, allowing for easy installation on a desk, TV stand, or even on special stands. A 3-meter cable connecting the two speakers is also included. This cable is terminated with a standard, single RCA plug. The control panel and connection ports are located on the rear panel of the main speaker, so for maximum convenience, a remote control is also included.

The BS40 speakers are available in two colors: black (BS40BK) and European oak (BS40OK). The same veneer color is used on the BLAUPUNKT VT100K and VT100SL turntables worth keeping in mind!
