The SUNLU FilaDryer S4 is an advanced filament dryer designed for demanding 3D printing users. It offers a massive capacity—drying up to 4 spools (1 kg each) simultaneously—and the ability to work with multiple printers at once. With a power output of 320–330 W, rapid heating (up to 50°C in just 30 minutes), and a maximum temperature of 70°C, the device ensures effective and uniform drying of even the most demanding materials, such as PA or PC. The built-in humidity control system, touchscreen, 8 filament outputs, and predefined material profiles make using the device not only effective but also extremely convenient.

Thanks to the large chamber (450 × 210 × 211 mm), you can dry up to four spools of filament at the same time. This is the perfect solution for multicolor printing or working with multiple printers simultaneously. Performance is ensured by a PTC heater with a power of up to 330 W, which allows it to reach 50°C in about 30 minutes and a maximum of 70°C. This means shorter filament preparation time and greater drying efficiency. Even difficult, hygroscopic materials regain their properties faster than ever before.

A three-fan system (on the sides and bottom) ensures even air circulation and temperature stability within ±3°C. This ensures that every section of the filament is dried evenly, resulting in better print quality, greater consistency, and no surprises during operation.

Smart humidity control – filament always in perfect condition

An advanced humidity control system automatically starts drying when the humidity level exceeds the set range (30–50%) and stops the process once optimal conditions are reached (approx. 25%). This means full automation and the assurance that the filament is always ready for use—without manual monitoring.

The SUNLU S4 is equipped with a triple safety system: a PTC heater, a temperature sensor, and software protection. The device monitors temperature in real time and alerts you to any abnormalities, ensuring safe operation.
